X-Cross Technology and P.N.T. Technology

X-Cross and P.N.T. technologies are complementary. While X-Cross primarily provides the channel for signal transmission, P.N.T. works in tandem with it to achieve the desired sound effects. The negative pole winding in X-Crossreduces proximity effects on the outer conductor, while P.N.T. precisely calculates signal delay ratios and twist distances, enhancing soundstage dimensionality and instrument positioning accuracy.

Cryogenic Annealed Single Crystal Copper (SCOCC)

SCOCC, developed by Flash Acoustics in 2017, stands for Cryogenic Annealed Single Crystal Copper. The manufacturing process involves precise thermal and cryogenic treatments, with cryogenic annealing used during wire drawing to ensure single crystallinity and directional consistency of the copper crystal throughout each manufacturing step.

Anti-Electromagnetic Complex PVC

Venom departs from the traditional silk-wrapped, oil-soaked structure, adopting the newly developed A.E.C. PVC as the coaxial insulation material. The design of A.E.C. draws inspiration from grounding boxes and electromagnetic shielding in audio systems. By incorporating elements like carbon nanotube graphene, tourmaline powder, magnetite, and NdFeB, A.E.C. effectively demagnetizes cables and offers superior anti-static and interference-resistant properties, forming a new anti-electromagnetic composite material unique to Flash Acoustics.

FA SoftFlex Material Sheath

The new series utilizes custom FA SoftFlex sheathing. Due to the high-temperature extrusion and slow draw conditions required by the SoftFlex material, each batch is limited to just 200 meters of extrusion. Every centimeter of wire is carefully selected, setting it apart from mass-produced cables. SoftFlex material offers exceptional transparency, texture, tensile strength, and durability, comparable to other renowned brands.

New Accessory Design

The new accessories are designed by a famous Hong Kong designer, blending CyberPunk and EDC styles. After months of prototyping and overcoming numerous failures, the final product was perfected by the end of the year. The brushed metal and sandblasted finishes create a striking visual impact, further enhanced by CyberPunk's angular lines.

130-Stage CNC Diamond-Cutting Process

The bold, angular design requires over 130 cutting processes to shape each accessory. The splitter alone features 48 individual planes, with machining precision measured in micrometers (um) to ensure seamless transitions between planes. The FlashAcoustics engineering team has invested countless hours in meticulous crafting, ultimately delivering a product of exquisite quality.
