Introducing Yozora

After the successful launches of “Yoru” and “Syzygy,” Starry Audio proudly presents its latest IEM, “Yozora”, the third installment in its celestial series. Named after the Japanese word for “night sky” (夜空), Yozora represents an expansive and immersive listening experience, taking inspiration from the boundless beauty of the night sky.

Elevating the Listening Experience

Yozora features a cutting-edge 8-driver configuration, comprising 6 balanced armature (BA) drivers and 2 dynamic drivers (DD). While retaining the hybrid design of Yoru, Yozora scales up in performance and sound quality. Leveraging expertise gained from its predecessors, Yoru and Syzygy, Yozora pushes the boundaries of audio engineering, embodying the vastness and intricacies of the night sky.

Refined Driver Design

The Yozora is meticulously tuned to deliver powerful, detailed low frequencies without overshadowing other ranges. After extensive testing, the design incorporates AROMA Audio’s patented 9.2mm dual-coil dynamic drivers. These employ innovative magnetic phase-alignment technology to eliminate magnetic field interference, ensuring precise and impactful bass performance.

The six balanced armature drivers are expertly arranged:

• 4 BAs for midrange clarity and depth

• 2 BAs for shimmering, detailed highs

This carefully balanced driver system results in a rich, dynamic, and expressive soundstage, perfectly encapsulating the majesty of a starry night.

Unique Tuning Philosophy

Yozora continues Starry Audio’s tradition of Japanese-inspired sound tuning but introduces a bolder personality. The bass—anchored by the dual dynamic drivers—is emphasized for depth and impact, while vocals are intimate and closely positioned. The treble adds a sparkling finish, creating a uniquely vivid auditory landscape. 

Compared to Yoru and Syzygy, Yozora’s tuning is more character-driven, with improved dynamics, richer textures, and an enhanced sense of immersion.

Precision Craftsmanship

To ensure comfort and durability, Yozora utilizes a 3D-printed shell with a semi-custom fit, suitable for most ear shapes. The nozzle design has been improved for better ear tip stability, offering a secure and immersive listening experience.

Choco: The Perfect Companion Cable

Yozora comes equipped with the Rolling Force “Choco” cable, designed to complement its sonic performance. Crafted with Litz 4N and 5N oxygen-free copper in a 4-braid structure, Choco minimizes skin and proximity effects, delivering exceptional clarity and detail. Its balanced tuning ensures an enjoyable experience across all frequencies, offering smoothness and subtlety in every note.
