SERVICE AND WARRANTY POLICY

Service and Repairs for International Customers

Service and repairs will be provided free of charge for international items that remain within their warranty period and comply fully with the manufacturer's warranty terms. For all international service requests, the customer is entirely responsible for bearing all shipping costs incurred both to and from Hong Kong.

If a product defect requires a complete replacement within fourteen days of initial receipt, Heady Buy.com will dispatch the replacement unit immediately upon receiving and inspecting the defective item. A tracking number will be provided to the customer as soon as the return shipment is made.

For items that are no longer covered by the warranty, Heady Buy.com remains committed to supporting customers through to the final completion of the service. In these instances, a service fee may apply if repair charges are incurred from the manufacturer. Any applicable service fees or repair charges will be communicated clearly to the customer for explicit approval prior to proceeding with the service.

Warranty Policy

Heady Buy.com provides a one-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing and assembly defects in earphones and cables, effective from the date of original retail purchase. Because warranties are offered and fulfilled directly by the manufacturers, specific warranty periods may vary between different brands. Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to confirm the exact coverage duration applicable to their specific item.

This warranty applies strictly to manufacturing defects and explicitly excludes accessories such as carrying cases and eartips. Furthermore, any damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear is expressly excluded from all warranty coverage for any item. The warranty is fully transferable to a subsequent owner, provided that valid warranty serial numbers are presented at the time of the claim.

If a product is found to be defective within its warranty period, Heady Buy.com reserves the right to either repair the item or replace it with a new or equivalent model. Any parts or products repaired or replaced under this policy will remain covered for either ninety days or the remainder of the original warranty period, whichever duration is longer. For items that are damaged or defective outside of their warranty period, repair services remain available for a fee that encompasses both parts and labor. A cost estimate for out-of-warranty service will be provided to the customer after our engineers have reviewed the product.

Warranty claims must be processed through the original point of purchase. If the product was acquired from an authorized Heady Buy.com retailer, all warranty, service, and return requests must be directed to that retailer. To request service directly from Heady Buy.com, customers must complete the warranty and service request form provided below, after which return instructions will be furnished.

The customer is entirely responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred when sending the product to Heady Buy.com, while Heady Buy.com will cover the return shipping costs to send the repaired or replaced item back to the customer. It is strongly advised that all returns be shipped with insurance and tracking information, as Heady Buy.com cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
