Warranty Policy
The Heady Buy.com provides a 1 Year Limited Warranty, which specifically protects against manufacturing defects in the assembly of earphones and cables for one year from the date of original retail purchase. It is important to note that warranty coverage applies strictly to manufacturing defects, and warranties are generally offered and fulfilled directly by the manufacturer. While a general 1-year limited warranty is stated, warranty periods may differ from brand to brand, so please check with us to find out more about the specific warranty period applicable to your item. Accessories such as carrying cases and eartips are not covered by this warranty.
This warranty explicitly does not cover any damage or malfunction resulting from misuse, nor does it extend to normal wear and tear, which is expressly excluded from all warranty coverage for any item. The warranty is transferable, provided valid warranty serial numbers are presented.
Should your product be found defective during its warranty period, Heady Buy.com reserves the discretion to either repair the product or replace it with a new or equivalent model. Any product found to be defective or damaged outside of its warranty period can still be repaired for a service fee, encompassing both parts and labor. An estimate for such repairs will be provided once our engineers have reviewed your product.
Any parts or products that are repaired or replaced under warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or for ninety (90) days, whichever duration is greater. Warranty claims are processed through the original point of purchase. If your product was acquired from an authorized Heady Buy.com retailer, please direct any warranty, service, or return requests to them.
To request service directly from Heady Buy.com, please complete the warranty/service request form provided below, and we will subsequently furnish you with instructions for returning your item. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with returning the product to Heady Buy.com. However, we will cover the cost of shipping your warranty-repaired item back to you. For your protection, it is strongly advised that all returns are shipped insured and with tracking information, as Heady Buy.com cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
