Since the inception of Rolling Force, we have maintained a pragmatic approach, focusing primarily on the entry-level and mid-tier markets. By continuously optimizing within given constraints, our goal has always been to provide users with access to high-fidelity audio at a reasonable cost. Over the years, through the rigorous validation of each cable we produced, we have cultivated a loyal community of users who have supported us and grown alongside our brand.
With the debut of Cosmos two years ago, we made our first definitive stride into the ultra-flagship territory, prompting us to re-evaluate our understanding of "absolute limits." However, we are acutely aware that a genuine breakthrough is not merely the superficial stacking of premium materials or overly complex structures; rather, it demands a comprehensive introspection of the very essence of sound, our design logic, and our philosophy of compromise and selection.
Coinciding with our brand's fifth anniversary, we chose to shatter the paradigms of our existing product lines. Starting from a blank canvas, we scrutinized every design parameter, amalgamating our accumulated expertise to forge an entirely new ultra-flagship masterpiece. This is not merely an extension of Cosmos; it is a purer, more uncompromising endeavor: to relentlessly explore the absolute boundaries of signal transmission and sonic perfection, without sacrificing real-world usability.
It is far more than a commemorative release. It is the culmination of five years of experience, deliberate choices, and profound contemplation. Crafted exclusively for the seasoned audiophile, Frontier stands as the definitive embodiment of Rolling Force’s highest comprehension and technical prowess in cable design to date.
Advancing to the Forefront of Sound

Frontier signifies the boundary, the vanguard, and the vantage point from which humanity gazes into the unknown. To us, it is not merely a spatial demarcation, but a dynamic concept that is perpetually pushed forward and redefined.
In our previous iterations, Rolling Force consistently sought the optimal sonic balance within established frameworks. Yet, as our experience compounded and our understanding deepened, we realized that true breakthroughs only occur the moment one is willing to transcend conventional wisdom. Frontier was born from this exact revelation—when all preconceived assumptions are meticulously re-examined, the seemingly unattainable limits finally come into sharp focus.

This name does not merely summarize past achievements; it represents a deliberate choice. A choice to stand at the absolute vanguard of our current understanding and confront the unknown. A choice to uncompromisingly push the boundaries of signal transmission and acoustic maturity, all while ensuring practical usability.
Frontier symbolizes the intersection of Rolling Force’s five years of experience and philosophy, serving as our definitive answer to the ultimate possibilities of audio cables.
Re-examining the Essence of Sound from Ground Zero
During the development of Frontier, we consciously set aside our past triumphs to re-examine the very essence of sound from the ground up. Every design decision was stripped of inertia and conventional frameworks, forced to answer one fundamental question: Does this truly make the sound more complete?
We scrutinized every minutia of signal transmission, rigorously validating the interplay between conductors, geometry, and real-world application, retaining only the elements that genuinely contribute to the acoustic performance. To us, the ultimate limit is not achieved by blindly stacking specifications, but through a lucid understanding of the art of compromise.
Frontier was conceived under this exact philosophy: not as a mere exhibition of technology, but as a vessel to bring us closer to the most pristine, fatigue-free sonic essence we envision.
The Collision of Two Rare Alloys: Ascending to New Heights

In developing Frontier, we refused to treat the conductor as a singular material that unilaterally dictates the sound signature. Instead, we approached it as a holistic system requiring meticulous tuning. The characteristics exhibited by different metals during signal transmission are only validated under the right structural conditions. Therefore, material selection must be re-evaluated in tandem with conductor geometry and transmission behavior.
Guided by this logic, we simultaneously introduced two distinct conductor configurations: a Gold-Silver-Platinum Alloy and a Gold-Silver-Platinum-Palladium Alloy. The former provides a stable, concentrated sonic backbone, maintaining the overall structural integrity and energy core. The latter exhibits superior agility in speed, micro-detail retrieval, and spatial layering, injecting natural dynamics and dimensional depth into the soundscape. Rather than replacing one another, they are assigned clear, complementary roles within a unified system.
However, during empirical testing, we discovered that relying on conventional stranding methods often homogenized the distinct traits of these alloys, occasionally causing them to inhibit one another. To allow both alloys to articulate their respective roles flawlessly, we completely re-engineered the lay length (pitch) design. By manipulating the physical distance between conductors and the transmission rhythm, we reconstructed the temporal relationships and energy distribution of the signal within the geometry.
Through this recalibrated lay length, the Gold-Silver-Platinum alloy sustains its dense, unwavering acoustic foundation, while the Gold-Silver-Platinum-Palladium alloy unleashes its transient speed and intricate layering without constraint. Functioning in perfect unison rather than canceling each other out, they operate on a cohesive rhythm, elevating the overall sound to an unprecedented level of density, resolution, and stability.
Expanding the Boundaries, Unleashing the Sound
Frontier employs a paradigm-shifting systematic approach to conductor and structural design. The primary core integrates both the Gold-Silver-Platinum and Gold-Silver-Platinum-Palladium precious metal alloys, allowing the steadfast sonic backbone to synergize with lightning-fast transient responses and intricate layering within the same architecture, each fulfilling its duty without overshadowing the other.
Building upon our philosophy of independent shielding, Frontier places a heightened focus on the spatial relationship between the primary core and the shielding layer. Our testing revealed that when the two are in too close proximity, even with adequate shielding efficacy, the sound's separation and spatial imaging can be compromised. Consequently, Frontier increases the overall gauge to 2.0 mm, intentionally expanding the physical distance between the core and the shield, ensuring that signal transmission and shielding operations function optimally within their distinct domains.
Through this architectural refinement, the primary core is liberated to express energy and layering freely, while the shielding layer operates efficiently without intrusive interference. This culminates in a pristine background, exceptional separation, and unwavering stability—achieving the new standard of acoustic perfection that Frontier pursues.
Furthermore, we refused to compromise on off-the-shelf terminations. Frontier utilizes a rare, custom-ordered 4.4mm gold-plated plug from Furukawa (Japan). This connector boasts exceptionally high specifications—from the conductor metallurgy and gold-plating thickness to its structural tolerances—guaranteeing unwavering contact quality and long-term durability even under high-resolution signal transmission. The premium gold plating not only enhances oxidation resistance but also ensures that micro-signals remain intact and distortion-free at the connection point, serving as an indispensable link in achieving ultimate sonic integrity.
Multi-Gauge, Reverse-Stranded Litz Type 2 Coaxial Composite Architecture

In Frontier, these complex geometries are not implemented for mere technical posturing; they are engineered for the precise governance of signal transmission behavior and rhythm.
S-Z Multi-Structure Litz - Type 2 Coaxial with Spiral Shielding
The primary core utilizes a Litz configuration to mitigate the Skin Effect and Proximity Effect. We have incorporated a significantly higher strand count than traditional Litz Type 2 structures, integrating a central axis for structural support to form a true coaxial geometry. Coupled with an S-Z (reverse) stranding design, this architecture dramatically enhances micro-dynamics, low-frequency response, and overall dynamic range.
Multi-Diameter Wire Technology
For the central axis core, we have implemented our novel Multi-Diameter Wire Technology as a core tuning philosophy. This capitalizes on the principle that high and low frequencies propagate through different regions of the conductor, creating minute time differentials. By strategically utilizing varying materials and wire gauges to manipulate these transmission characteristics, we achieve our exact targeted sound signature.
Single-Layer Spiral Independent Shielding
For shielding, we continue to employ the highly demanding and costly single-layer spiral shielding as an independent structure, maximizing the rejection of external interference. Building upon a standard four-wire core foundation, each individual wire is insulated with a specialized Japanese foaming material. This is then enveloped in a Taiwanese Silver-Plated OCC Copper shielding layer, which is grounded to the GND pole of the 4.4mm plug to create an active shielding system, resulting in unparalleled sonic transparency.
Custom-Tuned Colorways and Dual-Treated Jacket

Drawing inspiration from the deep cosmos and its mesmerizing blue-violet hues, we personally visited the manufacturing facility to custom-tune the color palette through multiple iterations. We incorporated various sizes and types of metallic flakes to simulate a starlit effect, ensuring the aesthetic is understated yet captivating, revealing different iridescent shifts depending on the viewing angle.
In our recent creations, we introduced polarized color elements. While this finish is far more visually striking than standard jackets, it historically compromised the tactile feel—a challenge we were determined to overcome. Following extensive R&D and factory redesigns, we introduced a proprietary color formula and a dual-treatment process for the outer jacket, elevating the tactile experience without sacrificing the stunning visual effect.

To guarantee exceptional ergonomics and longevity, we continue to utilize our custom-ordered SoftFlex PVC from the USA. This material offers a premium tactile sensation and unparalleled durability that standard PVC simply cannot match. Carefully balancing the wire gauge and an ultra-thin jacket profile, we achieved optimal flexibility alongside highly effective microphonic (shock-absorbing) suppression.
Pragmatic Packaging Design

We continue to utilize the highly acclaimed storage pouch paired with a minimalist packaging design, achieving a sense of luxury while maintaining practicality, thus eliminating unnecessary costs that serve no functional purpose.
The newly included storage pouch has also been enhanced with an improved interior design, returning to a gray color scheme. Additionally, it comes equipped with cable management clips, combining functionality with aesthetics, providing your cherished earphones with an extra layer of protection.

The Y-splitter of Frontier derives its visual concept from the structural imagery of a colonial spacecraft. Inspired by the ship's central axis and outward-expanding annular modules, we translated this design language into the splitter's proportions and layered aesthetics.
Furthermore, to reinforce our brand identity and underscore the prestige of this ultra-flagship release, we redesigned all hardware components. We employed a highly time-consuming laser-engraved relief process to articulate our thematic style. While preserving our core design ethos, this refined craftsmanship accentuates the brand's vision and thematic depth.
Beyond the uniquely textured relief, Frontier is a strictly limited-edition ultra-flagship. Given the meticulous craftsmanship and premium materials involved, each Y-splitter is individually serialized from 001 to 100. After excluding undesirable numbers, prototypes, and promotional units, only about 68 cables will be available for global retail, further elevating its rarity and collectible value.
